Standard Delivery is fast and reliable with articles leaving direct for most destinations after sorting at one of the major Australian Post centres. Generally taking 3 - 10 business days from us to you. Australia Post will deliver to anywhere in Australia within 2 - 3 business days. This service offers the same benefits as Standard E Parcel with the additional advantage of faster delivery. Australia Post – Express Post International
This is the fastest International delivery service for your parcels. Ideal for lighter items when you require them urgently. Delivery takes approximately 3 – 10 business days. (Locations Vary) This option offers Priority handling and requires a signature on delivery. Each Parcel is labelled with a unique identifying barcode

TNT - Road Express
This is the cheapest delivery service for your Larger parcels by Road straight to your door. Ideal for heavy items that cannot go by air priority. You must be home at the time of delivery for collection. If your delivery gets carded or taken back to the depo and re-delivered, you will incur a re-delivery fee. Your Tracking Details
On completion of your order, You will receive a copy of your invoice with your parcel’s tracking number via email.
This is the same day your order will be dispatched from our store ready for Australia Post or TNT.
Shipping Calculator and Pricing
Costs are determined by our shipping calculator, which ensures you only pay the costs we incur in delivering your order through the chosen shipping method. These costs are determined by - Delivery address. - Weight and/or cubic volume. - Shipping method selected.
Duties and Taxes
All government duties and taxes applicable in your country that are payable on receipt of the goods, are the customers responsibility.
Stocked products are generally dispatched the same or next business day. Items not in stock may take up to 7 days before being dispatched.
You will promptly be advised by email if something you order is not in stock locally.
Parts can be returned for a refund or exchange only if supplied incorrectly by 4WD Part Shop.
You will need to advise us first so we can let you know how to proceed.
Parts must be in good condition and in the original packaging to be considered for a refund.
If the parts are eligible for a refund, between 15-30 days after invoice you will incur a 15% restocking fee.
No credits are given on parts asking to be returned 30 days after date of invoice.
No credits available on electrical parts, specially procured parts and accessories or for change of mind.
We may issue a store credit or exchange part in place of a refund.
